Terms / updated August 23, 2026
A research tool, not a promise of return.
These terms state the commercial and operating boundaries in plain language. Stripe is the primary payment processor; Gumroad may be offered as an alternate.
License
Your $499 one-time purchase licenses one copy of eagL for personal research and trading workflows on devices you control. You may not resell, redistribute, reverse engineer, or share the application, activation file, or signing material.
Updates
The purchase includes every update released during the 12 months after purchase. The purchased build and eligible updates remain usable permanently. There is no subscription and no automatic renewal.
Future major versions
Version 1 is licensed to you permanently and does not stop working when a later major version is released. A future version 2 will be a separate release with its own price. Every version 1 licence holder automatically qualifies for a discount on version 2, at a rate published when version 2 is announced, and a version 2 purchase at that discount includes 14 months of updates rather than 12. No action is needed to qualify; eligibility follows the licence issued with your order.
Sales are final
Purchases are final once the build and signed licence file have been delivered. Failed delivery and duplicate charges are corrected as a fulfilment obligation. The full policy is set out on the sales terms page.
Supported environment
The launch build supports Apple Silicon Macs running macOS 11 or later. Internet access and separately obtained provider credentials are required for live market data. Platform or provider changes can affect availability.
Trading responsibility
eagL is analytics software. It is not financial, legal, or tax advice; it does not promise profitable trades; and live execution is disabled by default. You remain responsible for every order, venue account, credential, and compliance obligation.
Availability and liability
Market data, calculations, alerts, and third-party services may be delayed, incomplete, wrong, or unavailable. The software is provided as-is to the maximum extent permitted by law. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
