Final sale

Every purchase of eagL is final. The product is delivered immediately and in its entirety: a versioned .dmg and an Ed25519-signed licence file that activates offline and cannot be recalled. There is no trial period, no partial refund, and no cancellation window after delivery. Please read the published system requirements and the description of what the software does and does not do before buying.

If delivery fails

A final sale is not a refusal to deliver. If the download or the licence file does not reach you, or a duplicate charge is created by a payment retry, email eaglapp@proton.me with the receipt email and order reference and the delivery will be completed or the duplicate charge reversed. That is a fulfilment obligation and it stands regardless of this policy.

Check before you buy

• An Apple Silicon Mac running macOS 11 or later is required. No other platform is supported.
• eagL is analytics software. It does not promise profit and cannot tell you how often an opportunity will appear.
• Live market data requires your own accounts and API credentials at each venue.
• A scan that finds no executable opportunity is the software working, not failing.

Statutory rights

Where local consumer law grants a right of withdrawal for digital content that cannot be waived, that law applies and takes precedence over this policy. By completing the purchase and downloading the product you consent to immediate delivery and, where permitted, acknowledge that this ends any statutory withdrawal period.

Payment record

The processor named on the receipt is the payment record for that order. Include the receipt email and order reference in any support request so the correct record can be found.
