What support handles

Email orders@eagl-app.com or eaglapp@proton.me — either address reaches the same person — with the receipt email and order reference. A failed download of the DMG, a missing or broken activation file, trouble installing on the supported Apple Silicon macOS build, and questions about the product are handled by a real person until the order works.

Billing errors

A duplicate charge for the same order or a charge you can show was made in error is corrected as a billing error. That is a correction of the payment record, not a discretionary refund.

What is not covered

Market-data quality, trading results, venue outages, opportunity frequency, and losses are not grounds for a refund. A scan that finds no executable opportunity is the software working, not failing.

Check before you buy

• An Apple Silicon Mac running macOS 11 or later is required. No other platform is supported.
• eagL is analytics software. It does not promise profit and cannot tell you how often an opportunity will appear.
• Live market data requires your own accounts and API credentials at each venue.
• A scan that finds no executable opportunity is the software working, not failing.

Statutory rights

Where local consumer law grants a right of withdrawal for digital content that cannot be waived, that law applies and takes precedence over this policy. By completing the purchase and downloading the product you consent to immediate delivery and, where permitted, acknowledge that this ends any statutory withdrawal period.

Payment record

The processor named on the receipt is the payment record for that order. Include the receipt email and order reference in any support request so the correct record can be found. Nothing in these terms transfers or revokes responsibility for orders already placed with a venue.
